"This work is a winding path of discovery where curiosity is our currency and our mode of transport. Singing is not separate from speaking or yelling or yodeling, it is all parts of the same.
So much in this life is synthesized into bite size how-tos that we often unconsciously adapt this mode as a lifestyle and apply it to everything, even to the mysterious depth of our bodies’ natural functioning.
How do we uncover and follow our pleasure without shame. How do we set that example for our children. Through this work, there is an opportunity to remake your own acquaintance, to come home to something you’ve always known.
I focus my work on those who are craving a deeper conversation with themselves, who may be traversing life transitions and want a teacher to accompany as they vibrate through their journey."
